Heidi Alzate Kaufman, M.S, CFRE
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Heidi’s motivation for paying it forward, development philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, led her to turn her work into passion. Her efforts in local, regional, and national initiatives have netted $40+ million in the last 15 years for Charter Schools ranging from Pre-K to high school, social services, public and private universities, and medical graduate programs. She has led multiple campaigns that have netted over $250M in impact.
Jason Kaufman, Esq.
LEGAL CONSULTANT
Jason is a litigation attorney and legal consultant with over 15 years of experience in the private and public sectors. He believes in taking a holistic approach to consulting using the law, psychology and compassion to leave this world in a better place than he found it. With his degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, work experience in the inner city, and experience selecting juries for high stakes legal battles, he brings a diverse set of skills and knowledge to organizations across the board.

Nicole is a problem-solver with unmatched efficiency who paves the way for high quality client experiences. She is the firm’s air traffic controller, creating and clearing flight paths to keep projects running smoothly. Her super-powers are her organizational skills, creativity, and foresight – all of which she has applied successfully throughout her career. Nicole leverages those skills to help our clients with their marketing needs. She also specializes in CRM data analysis and clean up.
Camila Trillos

Camila is a dynamic and accomplished professional who excels in complex problem-solving, research, and project management. With extensive experience in fieldwork, she has developed a strong customer service focus. Camila is the administrative, logistical and client relations support of the firm in day-to-day activities. She’s known for her ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients, her reliability, professionalism, and motivation. As a trilingual multitasker, she is equally effective working independently or as part of a team, adapting easily to changing environments and always focused on delivering results.
Dr. Stephen Ferrante
STRATEGIC PLANNING ASSOCIATE
Dr. Stephen Ferrante has dedicated his 39 year professional career to working in human services with various populations across the lifespan in clinical, supervisory, and administrative capacities. Dr. Ferrante was employed by Broward County’s Human Services Department for 22 years, serving as the Elderly and Veterans Services Division Director for 10 years. His work includes advocacy and policy practice, grant acquisition and program development, systems of care design and capacity building, operations and implementation, training and evaluation. Dr. Ferrante has managed multi-million dollar budgets, large diverse workforces, and numerous projects including national demonstrations and evidence-based initiatives. He assisted Florida Atlantic University with launching an Aging Academy while teaching in their Master of Social Work (MSW) Program, currently teaches for Barry University’s MSW and DSW Programs and has presented locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally as a lecturer, trainer, and facilitator. Dr. Ferrante has served on professional association councils and nonprofit boards and received several outstanding service awards. He is a principal partner of the Group Victory strategy and organization development consulting firm. Dr. Ferrante holds a doctoral and master’s degree in social work.
